Terms & Conditions

• Company / We / Us / Our means Mohan Sattyha Foods LLP (or its affiliates).
• Customer / You / Your means the individual or entity purchasing or ordering Products from us.
• Products means the milk, ghee, dahi/curd, paneer, butter, and any other goods or items offered by Mohan Sattyha Foods.
• Order means a request by the Customer to purchase one or more Products under these Terms.
• Website means the online portal or e-commerce site controlled by Mohan Sattyha Foods.

3.1 We endeavor to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications of Products. However, minor deviations (in color, weight, or natural variations) may occur, especially since our Products are derived from nature.

3.2 All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order (in whole or part) if stock is unavailable, or for other legitimate reasons (e.g. quality concerns, regulatory issues) before dispatch.

3.3 In case a requested Product becomes unavailable after your Order, we will notify you and offer alternatives or refund.

4.1 You may place Orders via the Website or by other acceptable modes, as indicated by us.

4.2 We reserve the right to accept or reject Orders in our discretion. No binding contract is formed until we confirm acceptance (e.g. via email or dispatch).

4.3 You may request changes or cancellation of an Order only before we initiate processing. We may or may not accept such requests, at our discretion.

5.1 All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as specified on the Website). You are responsible for paying any applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) or other statutory levies.

5.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to your placing the Order. Once an Order is confirmed, the price will not be modified unless mutually agreed.

5.3 Payment must be made by the modes accepted by us (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, wallet, cash on delivery etc.), and in the manner specified.

5.4 In case of payment failure, we may withhold acceptance of an Order.

6.1 We deliver Products to the address you provide. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external conditions (weather, logistics, holidays, etc.).

6.2 Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you at the time of delivery (i.e. when Products reach the designated delivery address).

6.3 Title (ownership) of Products passes to you once you have made full payment for them, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

7.1 Because we deal in perishable / dairy items, returns or replacements are subject to stringent conditions. You must notify us in writing (via email or through the Website) of any defective, damaged, or spoiled Products within 24 hours / 48 hours of delivery.

7.2 We may require photographic evidence or inspection of the Product to assess the complaint.

7.3 If we accept your complaint, we may at our option:

• Replace the Product with a fresh one (if available), or
• Refund the purchase price (or the portion applicable), or
• Offer store credit or voucher.

7.4 We do not accept returns or refunds of Products altered, stored improperly, or beyond acceptable shelf life at your end.

7.5 For non-dairy ancillary items (if any), our general return policy (as described on the Website) applies.

8.1 Our core values are Purity, Health & Tradition. We assure that:

• Our native-breed cows are raised in stress-free, antibiotic-free environment.
• Our processing methods are traditional and unadulterated (e.g. hand-churned bilona ghee).
• We maintain hygiene, quality control, and food safety standards at all stages.

8.2 Despite all care, due to the nature of natural foods, slight variations may occur. You agree that minor deviations are inherent, unless clearly defective.

8.3 We disclaim liability for any adverse effects arising from misuse or mishandling of Products once delivered.

9.1 All trademarks, logos, names, and branding associated with Mohan Sattyha Foods LLP are our intellectual property. You may not use, copy, reproduce or exploit them without our written permission.

9.2 Content on our Website (images, text, design) is only for reference and is not protected under copyright law.

10.1 To the extent permitted by law, Mohan Sattyha Foods, its officers, directors, employees and affiliates, will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages (including lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data, personal injury, etc.) arising out of or in connection with your purchase, use or inability to use the Products.

10.2 Our maximum aggregate liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) will not exceed the total amount you paid for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim.

10.3 You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, or from your improper use of our Products.

We will not be responsible for delay, failure or inability to perform any obligation under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control (fires, floods, epidemics, strikes, transport disruptions, regulatory actions, etc.). In such event, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure.

We may modify or update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on the Website, with a revised effective date. Your continued use or placing Orders after the updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision is severed to the extent of invalidity but the rest of the Terms continue in full force. Failure or delay by us in enforcing any right or provision will not constitute a waiver of that right.

14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and by the laws of the State / Union Territory where Mohan Sattyha Foods is registered.

14.2 Any disputes or claims arising under or in connection with these Terms (including non-contractual ones) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, unless otherwise agreed.

14.3 Prior to any formal legal action, you and we agree to attempt negotiation or mediation in good faith.

15.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms (along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced) constitute the full agreement between you and Mohan Sattyha Foods LLP, superseding any prior agreements.

15.2 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations.

15.3 Notices: All notices must be in writing and delivered (as per contact address or email) to the parties.

15.4 Relationship: Nothing in these Terms shall create a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between you and us.
